How to request a refund
Email contato@nutriessencial.com.br with the email address used for your order and your receipt or order number. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Digital resources and personalized plans
Contact us before downloading, delivery, or preparation begins. Once a digital resource is available or a personalized plan has started production, refunds may be limited according to the nature of the service and applicable law.
Consultations and rescheduling
To reschedule a consultation, let us know as early as possible. Missed appointments or cancellations close to the scheduled time may follow the terms provided when booking.
Processing time
Once approved, we submit the request to the payment processor. Your bank or provider may take additional business days to post the credit.
